- True Circle is a community of verified, real humans. These guidelines keep the platform safe, honest, and human.
- Every member has completed identity verification — so when you interact here, you're interacting with a real person, not a bot or a burner account. That's what makes this community different, and these guidelines protect that trust.
- One person, one account. Each natural person may maintain only one True Circle account.
- No bots, fakes, or automation. Accounts must be operated by the verified human behind them.
- Do not create accounts on behalf of others. Every member must verify their own identity themselves.
- Verification is required before you can post, comment, message, or interact. Until then, your account is view-only.
- No harassment, hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or threats — toward anyone, ever.
- Disagree respectfully. Passionate debate is welcome; personal attacks are not.
- Because every account is tied to a verified identity, abusive behavior is traceable to a real person. Accountability is built in.
- Targeting someone based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic results in immediate enforcement.
- No illegal content or activity. This includes content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
- No stolen content, counterfeit goods, or anything that breaks the law.
- Prohibited items are banned on TrueShop — including weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and stolen property. See our Terms of Service for the full list.
- If you're unsure whether something is allowed, err on the side of not posting it.
- No engagement farming, bots, fake engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
- No spam — in posts, comments, or direct messages. Don't mass-message users or post repetitive content.
- Don't game the algorithm. Artificial inflation of likes, follows, or reach is a violation.
- Coordinated campaigns to manipulate visibility or harass others are treated as serious violations.
- No doxxing. Do not share others' private information — including government IDs, addresses, phone numbers, or contact details — without their explicit consent.
- Don't share private conversations, screenshots of DMs, or personal messages without the consent of all parties.
- Respect the privacy of minors especially. Do not attempt to discover or share information about underage users.
- If someone shares personal information in confidence, treat it as confidential.
- No impersonation. Do not pretend to be someone you are not — whether that's another user, a public figure, or a brand.
- Do not misrepresent yourself, your credentials, or your affiliation with any organization.
- Use your real identity. The name and photo you verify with are the ones you post under.
- Your Verified Human badge means something. Don't undermine it — or the community that relies on it.
- Every post, profile, listing, and message has a Report button. Use it when you see something that breaks these guidelines.
- You can also email notify@truecircle.com to report violations.
- Reports involving minors are escalated to our safety team within one hour; all other reports are reviewed within 24 hours on business days.
- Bad-faith or repeated false reporting may result in restrictions on your reporting ability.
- Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, feature limits, or permanent ban — depending on severity and history.
- A first serious violation typically results in a 30-day suspension. A second results in a permanent ban. Child-safety violations skip straight to permanent ban.
- Zero tolerance for fake accounts: creating or helping create fake accounts results in a permanent ban of all related accounts, with no warning.
- Appeals are accepted within 14 days of a ban decision at notify@truecircle.com. You get one appeal.
- These guidelines may be updated from time to time as the community and platform evolve.
- Users will be notified of material changes via Platform notification or email.
- Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated guidelines.
