Disagree respectfully. Debate ideas, not people. Remember every account you interact with is a real, verified human.
List only items you own and intend to sell. Post only real jobs at real companies. Describe things accurately.
If you see an adult behaving inappropriately toward a minor — even if you're not involved — report it immediately.
If something violates the rules, use the report button. Don't take matters into your own hands by harassing the person.
Users with professional badges have been credentialed. Treat them accordingly — and hold them to the same standard as everyone else.
Creating a fake identity, using someone else's photos or name, or misrepresenting who you are is an immediate permanent ban.
Repeated unwanted contact, threats, intimidation, doxxing, or coordinated pile-ons are zero-tolerance offenses.
Content that dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or national origin is not permitted.
Any sexual content involving minors, any attempt to build inappropriate relationships with minors, or any bypass of the age-band system is an immediate permanent ban and a law enforcement referral.
Wire transfer fraud, advance fee scams, ghost listings, fake job postings, and bait-and-switch deals are permanently bannable and may be reported to authorities.
Automated posting, artificial engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, and bot-like activity are prohibited even from verified accounts.
Posting someone's personal address, phone number, financial details, or private images without their explicit consent is prohibited.
If your account has been banned, creating a new account to bypass the ban is treated as fraud. We match biometrics, not just names.
Because every account is identity-verified, there is no such thing as an anonymous ban appeal. Enforcement decisions are reviewed by a human on our trust team and can be appealed once within 14 days of the action.
Any violation involving child exploitation, impersonation fraud, or threats of real-world violence skips directly to permanent ban and immediate law enforcement referral. No warning, no suspension, no appeal.
